When comparing the two fishermen's stew's that are famous in both France and Italy, you will find that France is famous for it's Bouillabaise, while Italy is proud of it's Cioppinno.
The argument on wine goes even deeper... Sample two wines, one French, one Italian, chosen to complement the Fish stews, and you be the judge on the stew's and the wine's. This one can never be settled. What are your suggestions?
